Job Description
We're searching for a Senior iOS Developer – Creative Engineer who can provide technical guidance through project design, implementation, launch and maintenance. You'll take on a leading contribution with the creative teams to constantly improve the conceptual user experience. Your collaboration with the team will ensure that end-to-end solutions are met on a constant basis.
iOS Developer | Responsibilities:
- Drive solutions between Creative and Technology teams
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high quality solutions and timely delivery while maintaining a consistent focus
- Perform code reviews; develop and adhere to coding standards
- Stay abreast of ever-emerging technologies and techniques
- Present internally and externally about your area of expertise
- Maintain open lines of communication relating to the status of a given project and its risks and challenges
- Present internally and externally about your area of expertise
- Become a recognized subject matter expert within your field of expertise
- Encourage team awareness and appropriate adoption of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior team members in their utilized technical skills
iOS Developer | Requirements:
- Four year degree
- Creative agency experience desired
- Deep familiarity with the digital environment
- Proven track record as a technical and/or creative team player
- Experience integrating with a multitude of backend platforms and architectures
- Excellent communication skills
- Very strong eye for design, motion and interactivity
- Candidate must be open to travel as needed
Technical Skills (iOS):
- Intermediate skills in Objective-C development and good knowledge of the iOS SDK and XCode
- Experience in deployment to the app store and setting up provisions/certification
- Intermediate skills in data structures such as XML and JSON
- Knowledge of iOS UX guidelines (HIG) and best practices
- Experience in debugging on multi-generation devices
- Experience in documenting architectural solutions and code
- Good working knowledge in OOP practices and project architecture
- Experience proposing, researching and implementing creative solutions
- Knowledge in OpenGL/Low-level programming a plus
