Job Title: iOS Engineer
Job location: San Francisco, CA
Employer: Reesio
Employment Type: Full-Time Job
Job Description
Are you a recent college grad who is passionate about building a product that is transforming the real estate industry? Do you want to help shape a company's vision from the very beginning and make things happen in the blink of an eye without getting 3 levels of approval to do so? And most of all, do you want to work with an awesome team that has great start-up and real estate experience?
If so, come join us as our next iOS Mobile Hacker, as we build a product that is changing the real estate industry forever. Our product digitizes the entire real estate transaction process and helps bring real-time data to agents, consumers, and vendors.
The #1 request that we get from agents is that we build a mobile product for them because they're always on the go — at open houses, broker tours, etc. It's a HUGE product need that will allow us to win business from agents that are mobile-only. Especially important is the need for an iPad app or iPad friendly web-product, because agents need to easily view and sign massive amounts of documents on their iPad.
We already have a great web product that real estate agents and clients are using and paying for, and we recently completed the500 Startups Batch 6 Spring 2013 Accelerator.
iOS Engineer | Requirements:
As an iOS Mobile Hacker, you will be completely in charge of setting the vision, developing, coding, and hacking our mobile product all the way to success. Ideally, you have the following:
- 1-3 years of mobile coding/hacking experience, either through school projects or professional work experience.
- Must have built an iOS app. Big +++++ if it was a highly rated app.
- Big plus also if you have experience with building iPad apps.
- Comfortable with developing an entire mobile app that talks to a backend server.
- Nice to have: if you've also built an Android app and have familiarty with Android.
- Take pride in writing clean, quality code, but can balance this with business practicality.
- Self starter able to work without much handholding .
- The ability to have fun and act cool, but still be able to work your butt off. We place a premium on working hard/playing hard, and having a great sense of humor, so this trait is an absolute must.
- Passion about real estate or experience with buying/selling a home is a big plus (but not required). We love real estate and it would be great if you did, too!
Company Description:
Reesio is a complete one-stop-shop for real estate agents' technology needs: we provide full transaction management, offers management, and lead-generation. Our goal is to be able to offer everything that an agent needs technology-wise all in one place. And our transaction management and offers platform are completely FREE for any agent to use because we believe that agents should be able to access great technology without breaking the bank. With Reesio, agents get a clean, beautiful product that they love using.
Reesio has raised $1.3M in VC and angel funding to date, and was part of 500 Startups Spring 2013 Accelerator program. Check it out at https://www.reesio.com
