Android Developer | Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience building world-class Android apps.
  • Dedicated to best practices and constant improvement
  • Expert in developing Java applications with the Android SDK
  • Familiarity with Android software design patterns
  • Experience with REST and JSON APIs
  • Working knowledge of memory management and multi-threading
  • Ability to write awesome code
  • Ability to work in a fun and dynamic startup culture
  • Understands the nature of fast-paced environments
  • Holds themselves accountable in a team
  • Creative and open about their ideas

Android Developer | Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s or greater in computer science or equivalent
  • An eye for great user interfaces and experience
  • 3-4 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience developing educational apps
  • Previous experience working with a distributed team
