iOS Engineer | Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our product and design teams to build intuitive consumer facing restaurant applications on iOS, used by millions.
  • Implement native user interfaces using the latest iOS technologies and programming techniques, while keeping a strong focus on quality and robustness.
  • Optimize UI and network code for performance and efficiency.
  • Write clean, robust code.

iOS Engineer | Requirements:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of object-oriented software development experience
  • 2+ years building mobile or web applications at the user interface and system levels
  • 1+ years building applications for iPhone or iPad using Objective C and Cocoa
  • Experience with public facing, high scale applications
  • Experience designing clean and maintainable APIs
  • Good knowledge of GCD and multithreaded programming
  • Knowledge of iOS SDK profiling tools and optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of Ruby a plus
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
